IT現場で alignment が必要と言われたとき、
それは 理解不足の話ではない。
・みんな大体わかってる
・でも決めきれない
・だから一旦、安心したい
alignment は
決断の代わりに置かれる安心ワード。
・alignment を取る
・alignment を確認する
・alignment がまだ足りない
「認識を揃えましょう」は、
「今日は決めません」の丁寧な言い換え。
alignment が増え始めた会議は、
・反対は出ない
・合意も取らない
・次の meeting だけが決まる
つまり alignment とは、
前に進んでいる“感じ”を保つための状態。

よくやる間違い
・alignment = 合意だと思って使う
→ 合意ではない。空気。
・alignment が取れた＝進んだと思う
→ 進んでいない。整理しただけ。
・alignment を確認し続ける
→ だいたい何も決まらない。
